We got reasonably large and brand-new room with balcony, 2 tv's, a good view.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. Great looking hotel with very hard working staff who was actually the manager, really enjoyed our staying. The restaurant here was good for breakfast and another for lunch and dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. We had a mini bar fridge, a coffee maker, and a writing desk.

It offers a wonderful location and has impeccable staff who was actually the manager. The place to have dinner relatively close to the hotel is The Brooklynite.

Peaceful area, riverside location short walk to the Riverwalk available to the Rio Taxi Service to the Museum and the downtown area where the restaurants and the nightclub across the street. For tea or coffee visit Bakery Lorraine nearby.

The location was amazing, right on the riverwalk with easy access to everything. The shuttle boat stop was right outside, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my visit. The hotel also offered room service, car hire, and dry cleaning services, making my stay even more convenient. I especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace, where I could relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus too!

In terms of improvement, the staff could work on their hospitality skills. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

I had neat and updated room to myself with jacuzzi bath and 2 queen beds and balcony. The breakfasts at a very reasonable rate. The hotel had a riverside setting down to the river.

The location was favourable, for example, The Alamo Fort was not too far from the hotel. The venue was an easy base for enjoying a very very nice area. I was there for 1 night and ate at indoor restaurant for breakfast and another for lunch and dinner. The facilities were good and the beds were comfortable.

Great and beautiful location to various sites including the Alamo made it easy to get to key attractions.

The breakfast food was great and reasonably-priced. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating all of the time. Its location not too far away from Pearl District was marvellous and stunning. It was located in a busy area just next door to a restaurant that specializes in fish dishes and the original "river walk " and The Alamo, shops & restaurants, a relaxing base for me.

The hotel was placed in the riverside location to do other than litigation if everything else fails. Had tea and goodies at Bakery Lorraine, nestled 1 mi of the property. The rooms were brand-new, tastefully decorated with view of the riverwalk, ideal for us.
